Unblock and let go

Write down what is bothering you and get it out. Most

of the time those things are illusionary anway. They

are blocking you from discovering your inner wisdom and

preventing you from experiencing your inner peace.

Repeating your worries and negative thoughts over and

over in your mind will separate you from your inner

self and create more anxiety. Anytime you find yourself

stuck in dark thoughts it is time to unblock and let

go.

Don’t waste your time making the same mistakes that
