Silence

A possible reason that many of us don´t like silence is

because what we find is emptiness.

We like to be heard and seen so that we feel important

to others.

own inner voice.

The peace we look for is inside.

It´s always here and now, in this moment, within you.

By turning off the inner chatter, you will find and

meet your higher self.
