have been and are fortunate in many ways. Thinking positive is not being in a fantasy world where everything is great.

It is about focusing on what is positive,

for example just the ability to wake up in the morning

and get out of bed by yourself is a huge positive factor in life.

So let go of negative thoughts, fear and not being good enough.

Realize that you are okay in this moment. Which is always.
